Brand Behind the Chair Tabletop

A once a month Brand Experience Coaching Tabletop for Stylists.

• We meet once a month with Brand Experience Coach Tamena Powers to identify what to stop or start doing to achieve our ideal customer and service mix. Each session has 5 to 10 Stylist in it.
  
  
• The purpose of each Tabletop session is to bring our minds together and share ideas on delivering excellence. The idea is to unite and grow as professionals and learn form each other as we confront our concerns for customers, types of service we offer and finishing each day being proud of the work we did. This is similar to the real conversations we are already having with ourselves as we wonder about where things can be better.

• This collaborative approach to Brand Experience Coaching, creates a direct way for each person to learn and grow from one another insights and experiences.
  

• Tamena’s intention is to raise the industry experience standards at the stylist level by focusing on helping each stylist's build their reputation for customer excellence without drama.

• Connecting and communicating with each other about our industry without judgement is essential to advancing your Personal Brand Experience standards. This is note really the type of work you do alone.
