My intention is to support and guide stylists to build their business from Brand Behind the Chair Experience Coaching. Brand Behind the Chair Experience Coaching - To create customer experiences that spark appreciation What this means is, I teach the stylist how to identify their personal passions and what fires them up about their career and industry to enhance their clients experience. I help stylists determine their personal strengths, interests and goals. This allows them to have a more natural flow (and fun!) with their clientele. I have owned and operated my own hair styling company from the age of 19. I grew up in the industry and as a licensed hair stylist, for 29 years, I know that stylists are more than just stylists. They provide trust, real life conversations and true support for their clients. And at times, that is more important than the service. I strive to empower the stylist from the inside out and inspire them to go beyond their career expectations by embracing their natural gifts and strengths.
